The story follows Wes Baylor (Adkins), a once-celebrated MMA champion haunted by the accidental death of his opponent in the ring. Wracked with guilt and ostracised from the fighting world, Wes seeks redemption in the underground fight clubs of Bangkok. His raw talent catches the eye of Aldrich (Robert Knepper), a mysterious businessman with a sinister proposition.
