The Terror: Devil in Silver

In 1845, two Royal Navy ships, HMS Erebus and HMS Terror, set sail in search of the fabled Northwest Passage, only to become trapped in the unforgiving Arctic ice for years on end. As supplies dwindle and the crew battles starvation, scurvy, and the psychological toll of isolation, they soon realize a monstrous, otherworldly predator is stalking them across the frozen landscape — forcing the men to confront both a supernatural threat and the darker instincts of their own crewmates as their situation grows increasingly desperate.

The anthology's second chapter shifts to World War II-era America, where a Japanese-American community is forcibly relocated to an internment camp following the attack on Pearl Harbor. Amid the injustice, fear, and cultural upheaval of imprisonment, a malevolent supernatural force begins to haunt the camp, preying on the residents' deepest traumas and guilt. As families are torn apart by both government policy and this rising evil, the survivors must band together to uncover the entity's origins and protect their community — weaving real historical atrocity together with folklore-inspired horror.
