  1. What does inclusive mean to you?
    Being inclusive to me means fostering an environment where all individuals, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic, feel valued, respected and empowered to participate and contribute fully.
  1. How do you inspire inclusion at Rock Entertainment?
    I try to lead by example, setting the tone for inclusive behaviour and practices within the organisation. Encourage the head of department to model inclusive behaviours, hold themselves and others accountable for promoting diversity and inclusion, and actively work to dismantle barriers to equality. Further, we celebrate cultural heritage and other diversity-related observances to promote awareness and appreciation of different cultures, identities and experiences. Host events and activities that highlight diversity and foster a sense of belonging for all employees.
  1. Why is supporting diversity and inclusion important?
    Overall, supporting diversity and inclusion is not just a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage. It enables us to harness the full potential of our people, drive innovation, creativity and growth, and contribute to positive social change. We believe that prioritising diversity and inclusion are more attractive to a diverse pool of candidates and are better positioned to retain top talent by creating environments where all employees feel valued and respected. Further, by embracing diversity, we are better equipped to understand and serve diverse customer bases, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
