Widows

When Chicago crime boss Harry Rawlings and his crew die in a botched heist, they leave behind a debt of two million dollars — and no way to pay it back. His widow, Veronica, is given an ultimatum by the men Harry stole from: repay the money or face deadly consequences. With nothing else in common but the fallout from their husbands' criminal lives, Veronica joins forces with two other widows, Linda and Alice, and later recruits a fourth woman, Belle, to help pull off the one heist Harry had already planned before his death. As the women navigate a city fractured by political corruption, racial tension, and violence, they must learn to trust each other and rely on skills they never knew they had, transforming from grieving widows into a capable crew determined to secure their own futures — on their own terms.
