The Internship

When their jobs as watch salesmen vanish overnight, longtime friends Billy McMahon and Nick Campbell find themselves unemployed, aimless, and decades removed from the tech-savvy world around them. Determined to reinvent themselves, they talk their way into a highly competitive summer internship at Google, despite having virtually no experience with computers or coding. Thrown into a program dominated by brilliant twenty-somethings, Billy and Nick are placed on a team of awkward, overlooked misfits and must work together to compete against sharper, younger rivals in a series of escalating challenges — with a coveted full-time job on the line. Relying on old-fashioned charm, hustle, and life experience instead of technical know-how, the pair set out to prove that resourcefulness, teamwork, and a little bit of heart can still win the day in the modern workplace.
